✅ You Must Have

• Excellent spoken English – you can understand fast English, Western accents, and explain your thoughts clearly
• Confidence in client calls and team meetings
• A calm, solution-oriented mindset — even when things get messy
• Full-time availability (40 hrs/week), long-term
• Based in Indonesia or the Philippines

🧠 How You Think & Work

• You listen actively and clarify before building
• You speak up when something doesn’t feel right
• You’re comfortable explaining technical tradeoffs to non-technical people
• You take ownership of problems, communication, and outcomes

🛠 What You Bring Technically

• Strong experience with Laravel or Golang
• Confident with React and front-end concepts
• Familiar with integrating AI tools or APIs (e.g. OpenAI, vector databases, LLMs)
• Comfortable with MySQL/PostgreSQL, Git workflows, REST APIs
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, or cloud platforms

We don’t expect you to know everything, but you must be willing to ask, learn, and improve fast.

🧩 What You’ll Actually Do

• Participate in client meetings and turn ideas into working solutions
• Build scalable full-stack applications with Laravel/Go + React
• Integrate AI functionalities into real products
• Work closely with designers, PMs, and clients across time zones
• Help structure and stabilise complex projects
