The International Bike Group (IBG) is the Netherlands’ largest and fastest-growing online bicycle shop ( In addition to its webshop, IBG has 35 stores and service points throughout The Netherlands. IBG also has international operations in Belgium, Denmark and Sweden.

Our mission at was to develop technology to help to scale up the company. Before we executed on this project, we developed a vision for the company on how technology would be implemented in this organisation.

Our solution was to first develop one central database. Secondly, we investigated what tools needed to be bought and which ones needed to be build. All these applications have been connected to the central database.

We applied a 'follow-the-order logic' and were able to make the complete order process more manageable and customer centric.‍
