Finance coordinator will act as a point of contact between the different parts of the accounting department, including AP, AR, vendors, clients, or lenders. You may handle bookkeeping, assist in preparing financial reports, taxes, and audits, and resolve discrepancies. You should be analytical, collaborative, and trustworthy.

To succeed as an accounting coordinator, you should possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. You should be ethical, thorough and attentive with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Check all journal entries daily by the system and document carefully
  • Record end of month adjustments
  • Reconciliation AP and AR
  • Ensure Bank book reconciled properly
  • Posting financial report draft
  • Provide and complete monthly and annual tax report (PPN, PPh, checking PPh ps 21,23/26, 29)
  • Organize and update the company’s tax database
  • Recommend tax strategies that align with business operation
  • Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns
  • Liaise with HR in terms of Payroll, Employee Tax Reporting, BPJS

Requirements

  • Proven Experience in Finance/Tax/Accoungting min. 3 years
  • Fluently speaks in English on a Daily basis
  • Deep knowledge in taxation, compliance, financial report & statement
  • Deep understanding in Finance & accounting flows.
  • Brevet A & B certified are appreciated
  • Liaise with HR in terms of Payroll, Employee Tax Reporting, BPJS
